Concept
Taking this gathered knowledge, initial ideas and assets, we synergize it with our expertise in toy design and manufacturing. This allows us to suggest custom toy and collectible concepts that address your team’s objectives and hurdles.
We also consider initial packaging concepts and all aspects of the final toys. Our focus is on exploring all potential avenues to heighten fan enthusiasm and satisfaction.

Design & Prototyping
Once the concept gets a green light, we finalize the toy design from A to Z. We then initiate the prototyping process, utilizing a combination of 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, manual sculpting, molding, and casting. Once we receive approval on the model, sculpture or pattern, we proceed with painted prototypes and kickstart the packaging design.
Prototyping is a joyous journey! We prepare and steer our clients’ teams through every phase. Each review stage feels like a mini Christmas celebration. We persist until everyone is satisfied with the design, and your team gives a thumbs up to the final prototype.

Production & Quality Control
We craft the toys and collectibles using a diverse array of materials. The process begins with the fabrication of all separate parts, followed by finishing procedures such as painting, sewing, and printing. After this, we assemble and package the products.
Being ardent about quality, we conduct numerous quality control checks and reviews, encompassing independent third-party inspections. We also ensure all mandatory safety tests are carried out.

Delivery
Once the toys have passed quality checks and are securely packaged into cartons, they embark on their voyage, either by air or sea, to reach you and your fans.
Throughout our years in this field, we’ve expertly handled shipments to nearly every part of the globe. Neither international borders nor complex distribution networks faze us. We’re equally adept at swift deliveries to remote warehouses or convention centers.
